RCE Marketing Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary company of RCE Capital Berhad, an investment holding company incorporated in Malaysia. Yayasan Ihsan Rakyat (YIR) and Yayasan Dewan Perniagaan Perlis Melayu Bhd (YYP) are solely funded by RCE Marketing Sdn Bhd.
Both of them are a foundation under Companies Act 2016 and not a co-operative society under the Co-operative Societies Act 1993. YIR and YYP personal financing products are in compliance to the latest Shariah requirements and relevant Malaysian laws, approved by reputable shariah advisory and legal firm. Their main function is to work closely with government, collect and manage contributions and to be a self-sufficient foundation to improve the life of the poor and needy.
Both YIR & YYP extend financial assistance to its members by providing personal financing products/services within the government sector and selected government linked companies (GLCs) which covered all of Malaysia. They offer Personal Loans to Government Employees with monthly repayments through Salary Deduction or Space Bureau.
